SpeedZoneSpeedZone privacy policy
In short
- Your location is used on the phone – so the app can recognise average-speed sections. We do not send your trips to the server.
- There is no account: we do not collect your name, e-mail, phone number or advertising ID.
- Anonymous section statistics are sent only if you allow it; you can withdraw at any time and delete what was sent.
- No ads, no analytics or advertising libraries, no selling of data.
- The server is in Lithuania.

What happens on the phone only
- Location (precise, also in the background while the app watches for sections) – to detect that you approach or drive through a section and to calculate your average speed.
- Physical activity recognition – to know that you are driving and not to use GPS when there is no need.
- Display over other apps and notifications – the small average-speed card and the status notification.
- The history of sections you drove and your settings stay on the phone until you uninstall the app.
What is sent to the server

Who receives the data
We do not sell data or use it for advertising. Data is kept on our server in Lithuania. The only exception is the diagnostic log excerpts in a private GitHub repository (see above). We may disclose data only where the law requires it.
Security
The app talks to the server over encrypted HTTPS only. Installation access tokens are stored on the server as hashes only, and access to the server is restricted.
Your rights
- Withdraw consent: Settings → “Anonymous statistics” → switch off.
- Delete the statistics: Settings → “Delete my data from the server” – the server immediately deletes everything your installation sent.
- To access your data, delete diagnostic logs or object to processing, write to info@oduvis.com.
- You may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local data protection authority.
Who it is for
SpeedZone is meant for drivers. The app is a driving aid: always follow the road signs and traffic rules.

When the way we process data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
